Marketing & Enrollment Virtual Summit
Every quarter, B2B marketing sets up a Virtual Conference to roll out key findings from surveys, data, and our enrollment insights. Over the Summer Q3, our PK12 marketing enrollment manager and demand generation director collaborated to throw a Summer Camp themed Virtual summit for partners and prospective parters. I put together all creatives with feedback and direction from our creative team.
Inspiration
This virtual conference took place in the middle of Summerβnostalgic camp references came to mind. I didnβt want branding to feel kitschy, so the inspiration is fresh, colorful and light.
Various Ideation and Play
In illustrator, I put together simple type play blended with signs and pennants of different sizes and colors.
Creative Review
Our team of creatives and marketing were able to view three variations. They were able to see a potential of what the final landing page would look like.
Final Logo
It was an easy choice to go with the pink sunset direction because our βpinkβ branded color outperforms all others in a/b tested ads.
Figma Working File
Our creative and marketing team works in living Figma files. They get a little messy, but the process is successful is capturing all comments, thoughts and questions.
Organic and Paid Social Ads
Acting as the main registration driver - these ads needed to be simple and promote the branding in a fresh way.
Email Marketing
Two emails were put together - one introduction email and one form submission email. Wes Anderson inspired photography and quirky illustrations brought the brand to life.
Two Webpages
The primary landing page and registration page are the virtual spaces for the event. Our web developer, Sara Coren, took these designs to implement each page.
